Continuing the theme of Elemental Beady Dolls that began with sylph doll Sora, I decided to make an undine or elemental water spirit. Similar in appearance to merfolk, undines are traditionally said to be found in any natural body of water, like rivers and lakes, watching over their environment and those who call it home. However, if you're there to cause harm, they're not going to be so friendly!
Locklyn was based on my 19cm Beady Doll template. However, I added a tail and weighted it with glass seed beads. I added some mulberry paper 'pond weed' to her torso, so she looks like she just emerged from the watery depths.
