Age Suitability

Spyderthread dolls are collectable art dolls, for display only. They may contain small detachable parts, sharp edges, or fragile components. They are not toys and must not be given to a child under the age of 14 years.

Custom Doll Commissions

Sorry, I am no longer able to take commissions. Please visit the shop page to see available, ready made, dolls.

Payment & Delivery

Credit and debit card payments, or PayPal are accepted. You can now also spread the cost with Klarna. Customers in the UK may prefer to pay by direct bank transfer. If so, please contact me and I will be happy to help.

UK Delivery

Orders up to £49.99: £3.95

Orders £50 and over: £6.95

 

International Delivery

Orders up to £49.99: £15.95

Orders £50 and over: £23.95 

 

I am currently aiming to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Delivery costs include a small charge for packaging. International delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days, but as delays are sometimes unavoidable, please allow 28 days.  Overseas customers are advised to check whether customs fees apply in their own country, as I cannot be held responsible for these when shipping items.  Simply Duty is a handy import duty calculator that can help you work out what fees may be due.

EU Countries

Following Brexit, I am now required to provide a customs declaration and declare the full value of all items sent to countries within the European Union. This means that VAT and customs fees may be payable by the customer on receipt. Please remember to check what fees apply in your country before you place an order.

Layaway (Lay-by) Plans

Now available on orders over £50, if you would like to set up a layaway with me directly via Paypal invoice and have your order sent out when you've completed payments, please do get in touch and I'll be happy to help. Full details can be found here

Returns

I hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please contact me to rectify the problem. A refund will be offered if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt, fully packaged and in its original condition.

Patterns

I do not currently make or sell sewing patterns for general use. If you see a pattern being offered for sale, which looks like a Spyderthread (or Strange Little Girls) doll pattern, it will not be genuine and the quality will not be as expected.
