Refund policy

I hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please contact me to rectify the problem. A refund will be offered if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt, fully packaged and in its original condition. Unless an item is faulty, return postage will be paid by the customer.
