Nothing sums up October more than pumpkins and the combination of orange and black, so for the Halloween/Samhain season, I made Olivia, a spooky little girl who is all dressed up for a Halloween party.
To give the hair a fiery glow, I blended a vibrant orange bamboo fibre with jet black, needle felted it into the head, and styled it into a cute shoulder length bob. I also played around with the arm positioning for this doll. A slight adjustment to the placement of the elbow joint allows the arms to rest in a much more natural postiton.
