Emily Lanternfire - Original Textile Art Doll

It's finally here! The Autumn leaves are fluttering across the park in swirls of red, orange, and golden brown. Emily has waited all summer for this moment. She was never a fan of the hot sunny weather. Autumn is her time to shine!

This one of a kind, Halloween pumpkin themed art doll measures 26cm (around 10") from head to toe. Emily is made from white quilting cotton, jointed with antique silver effect, metal beads at the shoulders, elbows, wrists and knees. The neck is button jointed.

Emily's face has been hand painted in archival quality ink, acrylics and artists’ coloured pencil for a long lasting finish. She has gunmetal finish buttons for eyes. The hair is made from soft acrylic yarn in a bright copper shade. 

Emily wears a black cotton dress with a hand painted pumpkin design, pleated broderie anglaise skirt and lace petticoat. The boots are painted in acrylics and laced with orange thread. She comes complete with a needle felted Jack-o-lantern, made from a mix of bamboo and synthetic fibres.

As with all Spyderthread products, Emily Lanternfire is vegan friendly. She is signed, numbered and dated by the artist, and supplied with a certificate of authenticity. Unless otherwise stated, clothes are fixed in place. Please note that this doll is a collectible art doll, for display only. She is not a toy and should not be given to a child under the age of 14 years. Colours may vary slightly from images shown due to individual screen settings.
